sigh.. I almost want to put ear muffs on so I don't hear any of the bad news.
[sigh] Sometime I feel tempted to dive in a virtual world somewhere, or in my music, like a turtle under its shell :(
Some other time I am convinced that it will get worse and worse as the pressure is building up, and I try to juice out my brain to find an intelligent thing to do about all that. Should I try my best to be selected among the first colons on Mars? Should I develop an international collaborative database of knowledge, so that information could survive the next crash of civilization? Should I just move to a third continent, such as to Australia, hoping to escape the crash?
Time to cool down and to focus on the day-to-day work, mainly. I wish I had those "oeuilleres" that people put on horses so that they focus on the road, I would work and maybe live better.
